Community Landscape and Community Management (CAMP) are trying really hard to convert BCC into a forest landscape. Do you remember Thanks Giving 2025 when all the community was having a fall vibe due to fall leaves flying around in the community. And today, if you go out, you’ll see that all shrubs and trees are growing freely as if the community is a forest. Thanks to our beloved two contractors who are trying hard to convert this community into a ‘forest vibe community’ where soon no landscaping will be needed. These esteemed contractors worked extremely hard and facilitated HOA signing front yard landscaping contract for all houses in the name of community beautification but they wanted to surprise the residents since their plan was to make this community a beautiful forest where everything is naturally maintained and there is no use of weed killers, pesticides, and noise/air pollution of lawn mowers. Grass is being taken over by barren land or weeds slowly. Artificial shrub trees and front yard trees are slowly dying. Willow tree at the lake and at the Tournament parkway club entrance already died – but it was not part of the landscape anyways, but we can still give them a credit.

For our two extraordinary contractors’ remarkable service, HOA will keep rewarding them with new landscaping contracts and residents will keep paying them monthly landscaping fees for their extraordinary work of doing nothing. We will consider these payments as their licensing fee or a donation for their unique approach to convert an artificial landscape into a natural forest landscape.

If you don’t want to participate in these two contractors strategy to make BCC a forest, please let us and them know.
