Do you remember Thanks Giving 2025 when all the community was having a fall vibe due to fall leaves flying around in the community. And today, if you go out, you’ll see that all shrubs and trees are growing as if the community is a forest. Thanks to the Community Management and Community Landscape who are trying hard to convert this community into a forest vibe community where no landscaping is needed. Both the contractors facilitated HOA signing front yard landscaping contract for all houses in the name of community beautification without telling us that the beautification was meant to make community a forest landscape and rest of the money would be donated to the landscaping company. Landscaping company charges for multiple leaf removal services and multiple tree and shrub cutting services, but they perform these services only once in a year and cut shrubs so they look natural and not aesthetically cut. They don’t seed community or resident grassy areas to ensure yards or grassy lands convert to forest landscape.

We are calling all Belmont residents for their support to ask the Belmont HOA to:

  1. Do not let the landscaping contractor convert BCC into a forest and fire the company
  2. Do not donate money to Community Landscaping and refund half of this and the last year front-yard management fee payment to every resident
  3. Audit acts of Community Management company by an independent agency to ensuring there are no conflicts of interests and they are working in the best interests of the community and not any individual or other contractors
