If you do not want to DONATE your/our money to BCC HOA subcontractors, you can do the following:

  1. Email the following text to belmontgm@gocampmgmt.com and CC to contact@BCCResidents.org and hoaoffice@belmonthoa.org
    1. I am a Belmont Resident and I am not interested in donating money to the landscaping company or participating in Community Management Company’s policies/strategy to make contractors non-accountable. I ask the Belmont Country Club HOA to refund half of my yearly front yard maintenance fee for this and the last year. Also, HOA must recoup half of this years tree and shrub maintenance from the landscaping company and refund to the BCC residents.
  2. Emailing your story, information, and support to: contact@BCCResidents.org
  3. Sharing this site with the fellow residents

  5. Email your concerns to us at contact@BCCResidents.org for publishing on the website.
