Secondary Quality Service Pictures

Recently HOA website (belmonthoa.org) was down for many days – see below. Since, residents are busy, and submitting issues through the website does not result in any action, residents don’t use the website. So, CAMP or the service provider chose not to resolve the issue. Most residents would not even notice the outage. Also CAMP did not make any announcement to ruin contractor’s weekend. We are very kind and keep rewarding the contractors with donations for delivering no service. There is either no Service Level Agreement or we don’t want to enforce it to create trouble for our contractors. Let’s reward a new contract to fix this issue instead of securing the site to keep writing new contracts for poor services. See pictures below:
