Community Management (CM) deserves a round of applause for its latest Paver Project, in which perfectly serviceable entry-gate and community pavers—many of which had survived for decades—were given the ultimate honor of being retired with extremely fragile premium priced pavers that are available at a fraction of the original pavers’ cost to give the contractor more profit. And the contractor stored the paver stack at the entrance and exit for almost one month (still there on August 21, 2026) to slowly make people adjusted with the natural rundown look of the community.
Apparently, the previous pavers only started falling apart after years of carefully executed “ceremonial repair and maintenance” projects, so naturally, the logical next step was to replace everything.
The new contractor has also done an outstanding job advancing the community’s forestation vision. Shortly after installation at the Tournament Parkway exit towards Russel Branch Parkway, the brand-new pavers began cracking, shifting, and misaligning, creating a wonderfully natural, uneven terrain.
With a little more time, the cracks and rolling surfaces should develop into a charming forest-trail aesthetic—bringing us one step closer to a truly forest community landscape.
Why settle for ordinary, properly aligned pavers when we can have premium, freshly installed forest trails?
